the cap can be reset if you make a pvp character play it to th ecap and delete it and repeat... I reported that as a bug with details to them earlier when I discovered it... I dont think the trainning areas and challeneges with NPCs will have faction rewards in the final release or people will farm it to death in that way, to get everythign to unlock. in any case... alls good... Or seems to be in the normal arenas halls and Heroes Ascent.
